Festival COVID-19 Protocols

FCFF has put mitigating measures in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, attending in-person events could increase your risk of contraction. Anyone coming to an in-person event will be asked to provide proof of being double vaccinated and will agree that by entering the venue, they voluntarily assume all risks and agree that they will not hold FCFF liable for any illness that may result.

Please note that FCFF may change these protocols at any time to protect the health and safety of all of its audiences in accordance with government guidelines and legal allowances.

MIDDLESEX LONDON VACCINE NUMBERS

As of October 9, 2021 the percentage of the population 12 and older that has received at least one dose: 87.9%.  Two doses: 83.2%

Public Audiences COVID-19 Protocols

Festival staff, audience members or visitors entering FCFF Festival venues from October 19-24 will be required to show proof they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as well as photo identification.

If you have not yet gotten your proof of vaccination, please see covid19.ontariohealth.ca/ for the process of how to attain it, or the site of your local health department if you live outside of Ontario. It is a quick and simple process!

In addition to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, masks are required at all FCFF Festival venues. Audience members and visitors will not be permitted entry into the venue without a mask. Where an audience member or visitor does not bring a mask, FCFF will provide them with one. If the audience member or visitor does not wish to wear a mask, they will be denied entry into the venue and will be given a refund for their ticket.

Theatres will open, at minimum, 30 minutes prior to the start of the screening to reduce lineups and to allow for distanced entry into the venue. All audience members and visitors must exit the venue directly after the screening and make their way to the outdoor area before stopping to chat.
